Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Eligibility Criteria

  • 7 or more days before course commencement: 90% of fee will be refunded, after deducting 10% administrative charges.
  • Within 7 days of course start: 50% of the total fee will be refunded.
  • After 7 days of course start: No refund will be granted under any circumstances.
  • Students may cancel their enrollment by submitting a written application (via email or physical form) along with proof of payment.
  • The date of receipt of cancellation request will be considered for refund eligibility.


  • 2. Special Situations for Refunds

  • If the institute cancels or discontinues a course/batch due to insufficient enrollments or logistical reasons, full refund of fees will be processed.
  • If a student wishes to switch to another course or batch, the management may allow transfer subject to availability. Any fee difference must be adjusted by the student.


  • 3. Non-Refundable Components

  • Registration fees, enrollment charges, and material/distribution costs (including e-learning modules) are strictly non-refundable.
  • Any taxes, payment gateway charges, or administrative expenses incurred at the time of payment are non-refundable.


  • 4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (bank transfer, credit card, UPI, etc.) within 7–14 business days.
  • The institute will not be responsible for delays caused by banking procedures, inaccurate details, or third-party payment providers.


  • 5. Institute’s Discretion

  • The institute reserves the right to reject refund requests in cases of breach of conduct, misuse of services, or violation of Terms & Conditions.
  • Any exceptions to refund policy shall be at the sole discretion of management and must be documented in writing.
  • All disputes must be settled at the Agra District Court only.
